We only accept Visa and MasterCard. A 1% Surcharge applies to Credit Cards. The credit card number you provide secures your booking and will be charged with your accommodation cost on your arrival/departure and a receipt/tax invoice provided.
Alternatively, you may choose a different payment method at the time of check in/check out. A Expenditure Authorization will be obtained to confirm your booking.
We do not use Diners or American Express.
Tariffs are not refundable or transferable if your stay is cut short due to weather, health or other circumstances.
No shows – will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
During the Easter holiday period (Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive) and Christmas/New Year peak period, fourteen (14) days notice of cancellation is required or you may be charged the full amount of those cancelled nights, if we are unable to let the room to another guest
Pets staying at Alarks Nest are required to be in the company of there owners at all times.
Guests leaving the property at anytime to go out for dinner, shopping the beach or for any other reason must take their pet with them.
Pets are not permitted on the furniture or bedding.
Any damaged made by your pet will incur a charge depending on the damage done and the cost.
All droppings made by your pet is to picked up and put in the red bin.
Any damages that occur will be charged for.
For the benefit of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted inside.
Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside.
